We had a wonderful day of birding trip to Halmahera. We set up trip from Manado, then flew to Ternate, traveled via a speedboat across Sofifi and did overland trip to Weda Resort.
We're succeed to see target species likes: Wallace's Standardwing Paradise bird for more than 10 number at the lek of Weda forest. Seen 2 Purple Dollarbird in two days, could see 2 Ivory-breasted Pitta in two days (a good spot).
Weda Resort is a recommendend place, an excellent and a comfortable accommodation to have a holidays on Halmahera, meanwhile Weda forest is productive place for endemic birds of Halmahera, included a mammal as Kuskus.

Although these clients're dissability much walking, but we could manage their step, even unexpected as much as they could see, and done-well!
